Medical Director

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Under general supervision of the Executive Director and in collaboration with the administrative team, the Medical Director develops, implements, and evaluates the medical practice delivery model in accordance with the goals of A Preventative Care Clinic Project of the Rx2Care Clinic- a New & Innovative Health & Wellness Clinic based in Needham, MA. The Medical Director shares in the administrative functions that directly impact medical services and collaborates with the management team in overall planning. The Medical Director assures delivery of quality services to all patients.

Also performs clinical responsibilities as agreed upon by the Executive Director.

This is a part-time position. The Medical Director will provide services from 4-8 hours a week for a maximum 24 hours a month.

Nurse Practitioner & Clinical Coordinator (Chronic Care)

Nurse Practitioner & Clinical Coordinator (Chronic Care), Part-time, Per-diem & Full Time 24-32 hours per week (Needham, MA)

Positions involves responsible for providing preventative primary care services for a physician / clinic, practices, Assisted living. Services include assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating, and educating patients. Works closely under the supervision of a physician and other clinicians in a team approach to patient care. Must be familiar with and capable of entering data into an electronic medical record.

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA/LPN)

Rx2Care ClinicPLLC is looking for a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) who will act as the support Staff for physicians, Advanced Clinical Pharmacist, advanced nurse practitioners or physician assistants. 24 hours Part time and Full time

Education/ Training: High school graduate or GED and current certification, if applicable

One year medical experience in a physician’s office or equivalent combination of training and experienced preferred; will train highly-motivated new graduate.

Sells products such as nutritionals, and other over-the counter products to be used by businesses, individual, federal and state institutions and  in general practices, primary care trusts, hospitals and pharmacies.
